1963 Bell 47
Anyone who has ever seen M*A*S*H (the 1970 feature film or the subsequent television series) will instantly recognize one of the stars, a Bell 47 helicopter. The distinctive bug-eyed aircraft with the skeletal-framework fuselage and uncowled engine.
This is a three seater version so we can take two passengers with the pilot.

The greatest way to see the best that Hawke’s Bay has to offer, from our wineries, Peaks and Capes too our gorgeous cities and townships, this is the flight to see it all. Your flight will begin at the gateway to Hawke’s Bay, the Airport, head past Mission Estate and Church Road wineries over Hastings, before turning at Paki Paki to then take in the beautiful Tuki tuki river valley, check out Te Mata Peak and Craggy Range on your way over to Ocean Beach, check out the surf and maybe spot a seal or two before climbing up to Cape Kidnappers for an absolutely breathtaking view of the Hawke’s Bay, and if that isn’t enough we’ll then cruise along Marine Parade and around the port to finish of an amazing flight with a bird’s eye view of Napier.
